Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of Q Q Industry shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;

그럼에도 Q은 2015. 9. 14. 경부터 2015. 12. 24.까지 대구 달서구 R에 있는 건물 2 층에서 Great arrow 게임기 40대를 설치하고, 종업원 A, P을 고용하여 “S 게임 랜드” 란 상호로 게임 장을 운영하면서, 그 곳을 찾는 불특정 다수의 손님들 로 하여금 화면에 나오는 상어와 고래를 총을 쏴서 맞추면 점수를 획득하는 게임을 하게 하고 환전을 요청하는 손님들에게 그 점수를 정산하여 시간이 기재된 무료 이용권을 교부하면 그 시간을 10 분당 만 원으로 계산한 금액 중 10%를 수수료로 공제한 뒤 이를 현금으로 환전해 주는 방법으로 게임 장을 운영하였다.

From December 22, 2015 to December 24, 2015, Defendant P was provided with KRW 100,000 per day for aiding and abetting Defendants in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry, and was engaged in the management and cleaning of customers in the game room as described in paragraph (1). Defendant A, from December 8, 2015 to December 25, 2015, made it easy to operate the above Q games site by exchanging free vouchers brought by customers with cash, such as exchanging free vouchers brought by customers from KRW 150,00 per day to December 25, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendants assisted Q Q to engage in business by exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
