1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint criminal conduct with Defendant A and L;

A. From April to May 2013, Defendant A requested L to manufacture garbage bags which are forged in the name of the Osan market between April to May 5, 2013. L around that time passed through a printing machine with 20 liter, 50 liter, 100 liter, and 100 liter plate located in Daegu Northern-gu M, and made a total of 36,000 liter 20 liter of garbage bags in the name of the Osan market by cutting the plastic bag in line with its capacity and writing bar codes with heat fraud.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the standard garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with L.

B. A around April 2014, Defendant A requested L to manufacture a forged waste bag under the name of the Osan market on or around April 2014. L around that time, Defendant A produced a total of 67,000 stories, including 10-liter garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, 20-liter 20,000, 20-liter 20-liter 10,000, 50-liter 100-liter 5,000, and 100-liter 5,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the standard garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with L.

2. Around July 2014, Defendant B purchased a total of 400 waste bags in the name of the Osan market and 100 liter 200 liter 200 liter 200 and 200 liter 200 liter 200 liter m, etc. with the knowledge of forgery from the above A, and thereafter sold garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, which is a forged public document, to customers with no knowledge of the fact.

3. On May 2014, Defendant C purchased KRW 100-liter 400 garbage bags in the name of the Osan market and kept them at the above Q convenience store in the name of the Osan market, which is a forged official document, around that time.
