On February 18, 2010, A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to the use of forged official document at the Incheon District Court on July 16, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Joint crimes of Defendant A and E;

A. From April to May 2013, Defendant A received a request from E for the manufacture of forged plastic bags in the name of the Osan market, and around that time, Defendant A produced 36,000 waste bags in the name of the Osan market by means of inserting 20 liter, 50 liter, 100 liter, and 100 liter of plastic bags in his factory located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, by means of cutting the “Osan market” into a printing machine with 20 liter, 50 liter, 10 liter, 50 liter, 11,000 liter, 50 liter, 100 liter,00 liter, and 36,000 liter of plastic bags in the name of the Osan market.

B. around April 2014, Defendant A received a request from E for the manufacture of forged waste bags in the name of the Osan market, and around that time, Defendant A produced a total of 67,000 square meters, including 10-liter garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, 32,000, 20-liter 20,000 square meters, 50-liter 10,000 square meters, and 100-liter 5,000 square meters.

Accordingly, Defendant A forged plastic garbage bags in the name of the Osan market, an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with E.

2. From September 2014 to October 10 of the same year, the Defendants jointly committed the crimes of the Defendants were commissioned to manufacture the above factory, and the Defendant A made 20-liter 21,380 garbage bags in the name of “Osan market,” 50-liter 11,320, 100-liter 10-liter 5,580, and the Defendant B made 38,280 of the garbage bags in the name of the Osan market in the above manner, and she moved the forged garbage bags to Osan.
