1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 445,280,000 won and interest, respectively, from July 22, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. (c) “A” shall provide “B” with data on monthly sales and profits and losses by no later than the 15th day of the following month, and the proceeds from investment shall be paid at the end of the following month.

Article 5 (Distribution of Operating Profits)

1. “A” shall pay to “B” the full amount of proceeds accruing from the operation of the D Points (4 floors);
