1. Basic facts

A. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant concluded a contract to receive services related to the submission of a project plan in accordance with the public invitation guidelines for the development project of the railroad facilities in the East Sea Line as presented by the Korea Rail Network Authority (hereinafter “the instant contract”).

The main contents thereof are as follows:

(A) At this time, the term “A”, “B”, and “A” refer respectively to the Defendant. This term is from the date of the contract to the date of the public invitation of project supervisors, from the date of the contract to the date of the public invitation of project supervisors.

Article 6 (Fees for Services)
