Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 12:00 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim B; (b) committed a theft by carrying 910 g of the scrap metal, including 10 sn beam beam lines, owned by the victim B on the road at the location of the victim; and (c) two persons with whom the name of the Defendant’s employee cannot be identified; and (d) loaded the Defendant’s D-on cargo vehicle onto the Defendant’s D-on cargo vehicle.

2) At around 15:30 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) loaded at the place indicated in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (b) loaded 740 g of scrap metal, including the number of sn beam lines owned by the victim and hn beam lines on the road at which the victim was placed; (c) two persons with whom the Defendant’s name is unknown; and (d) loaded the Defendant’s D-wing and hnish cargo vehicles.

3) On May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at around 17:00, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 15, 2020, cut off scrap metal 1,280 g, including 15 sn beam beamline, owned by the victim who was loaded on the road on which the victim was placed; and (b) two sn beam lines, from which the Defendant’s name cannot be identified; and (c) loaded them on the Defendant’s D-wing and freight vehicle.

4) The Defendant: (a) expressed to G operator G of “F” in Namwon-si, that the sn beamline and flow pumps of the steel H in the victim’s possession, which are loaded at the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) of this Article, are “G” as if the Defendant were the Defendant’s goods; (b) had G take the above goods and received the consideration.

On May 5, 2020, the Defendant walked a telephone from G on May 5, 2020 to inform G of the location of the place described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and “erop in that place is left a lane on the water.”

“Along with the fact that it was false, G, who may know of its nature, used H Cick truck at the location described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and stolen it by getting the victim to lose the 2,400km of the oil pump, which is the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the sn beam beam and the snick beam of the total market value of 6.7 million won as the victim's market value.

B. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim I on May 4, 2020.
