1. Defendant C Co., Ltd.: 491,789,112 won and 5% per annum from November 6, 2015 to July 26, 2016.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) is a business operator who engages in accommodation and service business after acquiring F in Taenam-gun E and registering it as a juvenile training facility. The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. is a representative of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd., who completed the registration of water-related leisure business with permission for occupation and use of public waters in G.

In addition, Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a business entity that acts as an intermediary or agent for training activities, and Defendant D is the representative director of the Defendant Company.

On December 20, 2012, the Plaintiff Company entered into a contract with the Defendant Company on December 20, 2012 under which “the Plaintiff Company wholly entrusted the Marine Corps Camp education to the Defendant Company” (hereinafter “instant consignment contract”).

Article 2 (Terms and Conditions of Contracts)

(a) Business activities and entrusted education;

Article 3 (Mutual Obligations)

(5) When an accident occurs due to neglect of management within the education period, "B" shall be liable, and shall be covered by accident compensation insurance equivalent to the discussed amount with "A" to guarantee the occurrence of the accident.
