A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall trade or smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The point of attempted purchase of marijuana;

A. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant agreed to purchase marijuana from the provider of the hemp plant on his/her name, which he/she came to know through the Internet search at an unclaimed place. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant sent 0.0542425bt (limited to KRW 439,527) to B of the bitco-in bitcos used by the winners of his/her name, and intended to purchase approximately 3gs of marijuana, but the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted to commit an attempt with the wind locked by the unclaimed winners of his/her name.

On December 3, 2017, the Defendant agreed to purchase marijuana from the provider of the hemp plant on the Internet’s name, which was known through Internet search at an infinite place, and sent 0.03107945bt (Korean infinite 412,080) to the bitco-in D used by the provider of the hemp plant, and then intended to purchase approximately 3gs of marijuana, but the Defendant attempted to do so with the wind locked by the unclaimed winners of the name.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from the provider of the hemp plant on the Internet’s name, which was known through the Internet search at an infinite site, and sent 0.0136794btc (Korean infinite 265,654) to the bitco-ray E used by the infinites, and then intended to purchase approximately 2g of marijuana, but the Defendant attempted to do so with the wind locked by the infinites.

2. The Defendant, on July 2019, intended to purchase marijuana from an unrecognified hemp supplier, who came to know through Internet search (hereinafter referred to as “understanding”) at an unregnified place, and Dongjak-gu Seoul.
