1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 28, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into the instant business agreement with the Defendant Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter only referred to as “City”) and the senior lender, the Korea Exchange Bank Co., Ltd., the Korea Exchange Bank Co., Ltd., the Dongyang Savings Bank (hereinafter collectively referred to as “first priority lender”), the subordinated lender, the Korea Bank Co., Ltd., the Dongyang Savings Bank (formerly named mutual savings bank is Dongyangyangyang Savings Bank), the Gayang Savings Bank (formerly named mutual savings bank is Gayangyangyangyang Yangyang Savings Bank), the Gapo District Savings Bank (formerly changed mutual name is a stock company, the former mutual savings bank, and the former mutual savings bank is a mutual savings bank, the latter lender, and the latter lender is called the mutual savings bank, and the latter lender and the lower lender are omitted, and the major contents of the instant business agreement and the new apartment house construction agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the instant apartment house construction agreement”) were concluded with the Plaintiff with respect to the instant apartment house construction project (hereinafter referred to as “the instant apartment house construction agreement”).
