1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 28, 2010, the Plaintiffs entered into the instant business agreement with the executory company, Samsung Heavy Industries Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Heavy Industries”), the trust company, Defendant Asian Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Asian Trust”), the Korea Exchange Bank, the Korea Exchange Bank, the Dongbu Mutual Savings Bank, and the tenitity Ltd. (hereinafter “the prior lender”), which is the senior lender, entered into a business agreement and loan agreement (hereinafter “instant business agreement”) as subordinate lenders with the following terms and conditions in relation to the instant new apartment construction (hereinafter “instant apartment”), which is promoted in the Mez Construction in the 214-2-2nd unit in the Maz Construction at the time of the Mez Construction permissible at the time of the Mez construction, the said apartment is called “the instant apartment,” and the said new apartment construction is called “the instant apartment,” and in relation to the instant new business, the said new apartment is called “the instant business”).

(4) The business agreement of this case, except where the business agreement of this case explicitly includes a subordinate lender and the lender, shall mean the senior lender and the lender, and the subordinated lender shall not be included, and the subordinated lender shall use a separate term that is a subordinate lender and the lender. The junior lender shall not include the junior lender and the lender, and the junior lender shall use a separate term that is the subordinate lender.

(6) (6) The Plaintiff’s Bank, which has its head office registered in 203 Jung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, the 3-ro 1-6, the “Plaintiff Dongyang Savings Bank,” which has its head office registered in 203, and the 630-dong, Jung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.
