Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 2215"

1. At night, around August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim C’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, with a description that was not corrected for the first time; (b) and stolen the said C-owner’s house, with a single swine storage machine and a credit card (national bank) with a 284,000 won.

2. At night, on September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was at the house of Victim F located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a entrance door and intruded into the house; and (c) cut off the market price of the victim’s possession with cash 45,000 won, national card 1, and new card 1.

3. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 04:12, 2013, at H convenience stores located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to purchase tobacco, etc., the Defendant presented one copy of the national card in the name of F, which was stolen as stated in the foregoing paragraph (2), as if the Defendant was a lawful holder; (b) had the said I prepare and deliver a credit card sales slip; (c) the Defendant unlawfully uses the said national card by signing and issuing a signature on the member signature column; and (d) exempted the Defendant from the payment of the amount equivalent to 16,400 won for the above tobacco payment; and (e) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the said amount from the said date to 11:16 on the same day by illegally using the credit card five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
