A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on December 4, 2015;

A. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant was driving a B eco-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.169% from a 500-meter section of alcohol to the hotel front of the hotel, from the road front of BB Qpppp, which is located in the Gangseo-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul, to the day of the hotel.

(b) No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven B TU car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a).

2. No person who committed on January 9, 2016 shall operate any motor vehicle on a road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 01:54 on January 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-Co car not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the apartment apartment in the dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

3. The crime on August 7, 2016

A. On August 7, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B T-co-car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the new apartment in the 10:20 Gangnam-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, to the front of the same 2km from the front of the apartment to the front of the same gate-gu hotel.

(b) No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven B TU car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a).

Summary of Evidence
