1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of US dollars in the attached calculation sheet and each of the above amounts.

1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Defendant’s status and the content of short-term export insurance (EF) are corporations established by the Trade Insurance Act with the aim of promoting trade and overseas investment and strengthening national competitiveness and contributing to the development of the national economy by efficiently operating the trade insurance system to ensure risks arising in connection with trade or other foreign transactions. 2) The name of the Defendant was changed to the “short-term export insurance (export insurance)” on May 30, 2014, for the goods dealt with by the Defendant, export credit guarantee, export guarantee, export insurance, export insurance, etc., and among them, for the goods used by the exporter to procure the export price in advance after the shipment, as export credit guarantee, short-term export insurance (after shipment), short-term export insurance (EF), and short-term export insurance (EF) reporting.

In comparison with each of the above products, the export credit guarantee (after shipment) is a system under which the bank purchases bills or shipping documents related to export transactions as collateral and provides loans to the exporter, and the defendant pays on behalf of the exporter if the exporter is unable to receive the export payment from the exporter. (B) The short-term export insurance (after shipment) is a policy under which the exporter becomes the policyholder and concludes an insurance contract with the defendant, and the defendant compensates the loss that the exporter suffers if the exporter becomes unable to recover the export payment.
An exporter shall enter into a short-term export insurance contract with the defendant, and sell the insurance claim to the bank, thereby financing.
(c) Short-term export insurance (EF) is not repaid the purchase price from the exporter, except where the exporter is responsible, even if the non-repaid condition occurs.
