가. 일제강점기에 실시된 토지조사사업에 의하면 ① 파주시 B 답 2213평, 위 C 전 958평, 위 D 대 106평, 파주시 E 전 1348평, 위 F 대 71평, 위 G 전 975평, 위 H 전 277평, 위 I 답 2660평에 관하여는 1913. 4. 5.경, ② 파주시 J 전 556평, 위 K 답 1018평에 관하여는 1913. 11. 15.경 각 경성부 서부 L동(京城府 西部 L洞)에서 거주하던 M가 사정받았다

1914년경 위 L동 중 일부 지역은 N정목(N丁目)으로, 나머지 지역은 O정목(O丁目)으로 명칭이 변경되었고, 원고의 선대인 P는 형인 Q(사정명의인인 M의 형인 R와 동일인)와 함께 위 사정 당시 ‘경성부 서부 L동’에 거주하다가 이후 ‘경성부 N정목’으로 편입되었으며, 위 사정 당시 ‘경성부 서부 L동’에 원고의 선대인 P와 동명이인이 거주하였음을 인정할 자료는 없으며, 원고는 P의 재산을 순차 상속한 공동상속인 중 1인이다.

C. Meanwhile, on August 1, 1961, the remaining land except the land specified in the attached list 5 was destroyed by the cadastral record in the column of 6.25, and the land category was restored to the state as "the State". On August 19, 1981, the land category was designated as a local highway by the Gyeonggi-do Public Notice S (Public Notice on the Determination of Road Zones) and was changed to V on March 28, 2005.
