1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,100 and the interest rate thereon from April 25, 2020 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim: The grounds for the attachment (However, “creditor” and “debtor” are as indicated in the attachment (hereinafter “Defendant”).

2. Grounds: deemed a confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act). The Defendants were served with a copy, etc. of the complaint of this case, and did not submit all documents identifying the Defendants’ assertion, such as the reply or the preparatory document.

The Defendants did not appear on the designated date for pleading even after being notified of lawful date.

Ultimately, the Defendants can be deemed to have led to the confession of the allegations in the attached Form No. 1 (the purport of the claim as of April 10, 2020 and the application for modification of the cause of the claim) made by the Plaintiff.
