1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C Co., Ltd shall pay KRW 30,000,100 and interest thereon from June 5, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: The grounds for the attachment (However, “creditor” and “debtor” are as indicated in the attachment (hereinafter “Defendant”).

2. Grounds: deemed a confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act). The Defendants were served with a copy, etc. of the complaint of this case, and did not submit all documents identifying the Defendants’ assertion, such as the reply or the preparatory document.

The Defendants did not appear on the designated date for pleading even after being notified of lawful date.

After all, the defendants can be deemed to have led to the confession that the plaintiff asserted in the attached Form No. 1 (the application for the change of the cause of the claim on June 1, 2020).
