A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 17, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, and on April 1, 2002, at the same court, for the same crime, three years and three years, and on June 3, 2005 at the Seoul Central District Court, for the same crime, and on June 13, 2005, three years and three years, respectively. On June 13, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court and completed the execution of the sentence on April 30, 201.
1. On June 15, 201, around 09:13, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in the D market Cdong 11-E store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using the gap in which the victim F, who is an employee, carried out a door subsequent to the display box; (b) 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) 30,000 won in cash cards; (d) resident registration certificates; and (e) 300,000 won in the market price containing each of the resident registration certificates and driver’s licenses.

On March 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 17:45, the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G (the “289” written indictment is clearly written in writing; (b) put the victim H of the victim’s second floor DD 2717, 200 D market into the store by making use of the gap in which the victim was neglected surveillance; (c) KRW 850,000 won in cash owned by the victim, KRW 100,000 in check, KRW 9 in passbook (the “one passbook” as written indictment is clearly written in writing); and (d) put the back of the market unregistered color in the market where one wall is located.
3. On April 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:50 on April 30, 2013, at the D market Adong 2291 of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, the Defendant: (b) opened a door-to-face by using the strings of the strings; (c) opened a door-to-face; (d) cash 10,000 won owned by the victim; (d) one national bank crow card; (e) one resident registration certificate; and (e) one driver’s license.
4. The Defendant, around August 24, 2013, at the “N” store operated by the victim M in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul L-2, around 08:16, the victim.
