A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants offered money by stealing another person’s property that could be sold on the water due to the shortage of money and thereby raising money.

1. At around 08:00 on June 24, 2014, the Defendants: (a) moved the property amounting to KRW 100,000 at the market price of the victim F, such as steel sprink, drinking water drinking, cattle drinking, and air disease, which were located in front of the Eart located in Yangju City D, to the G Malma wing-wing vehicles that the Defendants drive; and (b) jointly stolen them.

2. At around 08:09 on June 24, 2014, the Defendants entered a warehouse in Yangju-si, and cut off the property amounting to KRW 610,000 in the aggregate of the market prices, such as string 15 motor vehicle parts owned by the victim J, which were part of the motor vehicle parts owned by the victim J, which were located in the drum in the warehouse, and spring 15 motor vehicles owned by the Defendants, and spring 1,000, which were loaded by the Defendants on their hand on the G Malma wing-wing vehicles.

3. On June 25, 2014, at around 06:29, the Defendants entered the warehouse and stolen the goods equivalent to 570,000 won in total, including sping 15, sping 15, sping 2, and spug 1, a part of the vehicle owned by the victim J, which was located in the drum in the warehouse that was not brought to the drum before the preceding day, from the Gmast string vehicles that the Defendants operated.
