Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ special thief Defendants and E conspiredd with the drone factory in which E was the human resources to steal the old wire, and then contacted the Defendants by telephone. They operated each of their own vehicles to gather at the physical location of E, and then, to the extent that E is viewed as the network, the Defendants conspired to commit the theft with the old wire and to load it on the part of E.

(ju) The Defendants, in accordance with the aforementioned public offering from around 20:30 on August 8, 2016 to around 01:00 on August 9, 2016, 2016, were gathered in front of the victim H management factory in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the windows; and (b) cut off the electric cable power-driven line (300 Quaker Quaker Qua (30) at approximately KRW 16 million at the market price of about 170m electric cables installed therein; and (c) Defendant B moved an electric cable that entered the above factory following the said factory.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. Defendants to commit crimes in the J factory from around August 8, 2016, according to the aforementioned conspiracys: (a) around August 20, 2016; (b)

At around 01:00, the victim J (J) located in K in Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, cut off approximately KRW 9.4 million at the market price of approximately 100m 10,000, the electrical cable line, which was installed there, by cutting off the entrance door locks of the corrected factory together with the inside of the factory, installed at the inside of the factory (300 Quaker, 250 Quaker Quaker, 250) and then moved to the front dry field of the above factory and loaded the Defendant B’s I Costkex knex onto the front of the factory.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. Defendant B

(a) Motor vehicles in violation of the Automobile Management Act due to the operation of large motor vehicles shall be operated by the owner of the motor vehicle or the motor vehicle user entrusted with the matters concerning the operation, etc. of motor vehicles;
