Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in agriculture in the area of 4,877.7 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

A person who intends to divert farmland in an agricultural promotion area shall obtain permission to divert farmland from the competent authorities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant performed farmland diversion activities beyond the scope of farmland improvement by raising the farmland above the adjoining land in the farmland located in the agricultural promotion area from March 201 to September 201 without permission from the competent authorities.

As a result, the Defendant diverted farmland without permission from the competent authorities.
