Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland in an agricultural promotion area shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, in collusion with B, the Defendant leased the said vinyl to B, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency on May 2012, which was installed on the land of 1,428 square meters in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the size of which is 80 square meters, prior to C, and B used the said vinylhouse as a furniture sales store.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to divert farmland in the agricultural promotion area.
