A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 3092"
1. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:54, the Defendant was a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) opened a front door and intruded into the front door; and (c) took 50,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim and was in the front deposit depository.

2. Larceny;
A. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F building on the date of November 2014; and (b) committed theft with approximately KRW 10,000 in cash, such as paper paper and paper paper, which was located in the account book of cash storage in the surrounding area by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; and (c) committed theft.
B. On December 2012, 2014, the Defendant was above the Defendant’s rank.
At the same place as Paragraph 1, the above victim G was stolen with approximately KRW 6,000 in cash, such as paper paper and franchising, which was the victim's possession, which was contained in the said cash storage box, using the gap in the locking place.
3. At around 17:00 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion on the victim’s structure, entering the computer room via open entrance, and intruded the victim’s building; and (b) committed theft with one video camera, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 120,000,000, the victim’s market price installed on the computer.
4. Night-time theft of a structure;
A. On April 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant came to China restaurant operated by the victim D in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, by placing the entrance door on the side of the lock-gu, with a ventilation, and then intruded into the restaurant, the Defendant carried 70,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, and stolen.
B. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant came to a M Hospital located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L on April 27, 2015, and entered the first floor office with an open door, thereby leaving the key of the medical record room located in the receiving unit.
