Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On September 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. from the Daegu District Court’s branch branch branch office, and four months of imprisonment with prison labor, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on August 7, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.
3. Crimes committed on February 13, 2019 (at night, theft of buildings, fraud, and violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act)
A. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered night buildings (H) around 04:30 on February 13, 2019, to H managed by the injured party J in the plane captain-gun of Busan Metropolitan City; (b) opened and opened a window that exceeded the fence and is not corrected.
