Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus in advertisement C.

On December 15, 2016, the Defendant appears to have “E” as stated in the written indictment written in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, to be a clerical error, and thus, the Defendant shall correct it ex officio.

On the other side of the above three-lane road (hereinafter referred to as the "road of this case"), the above rapid bus was parked on the side of the above road in order to return home to the defendant's house located near the road to drink the depth.

However, there is a frequent movement of vehicles to a six-lane road from each other, and since the vehicles passing along the said six-lane road normally pass at least 60km, there was a high risk of accidents to congested with vehicles driving on the road when parking buses on the side, so the Defendant has a duty not to park vehicles on the side, and even in cases where it is inevitable to stop, there was a duty of care to prevent drilling accidents in advance by installing a safety sign, such as a triangulation belt, at the bus side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and parked the bus on the side, without installing any safety signs, caused the depth of the bus, and the victim FF (53 Do) who passed the three-lane road on the same side due to negligence, caused the truck to get the above bus.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence, such as the dives of dives from his job to dives.
