Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Punishment of the crime

around 05:35 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant was the operator of the bus B and the victim D. On the road located in the city of “F Bank G branch” located in E, the Defendant sought to operate the bus on the front of the “F Bank G branch,” and sought to start the bus operation of the bus, and the victim D attempted to set off the bus at the bus entrance and parked the vehicle of his own car in the said bank parking lot.
