A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2015, the Defendant driven a B motor vehicle without a driver's license of a motor vehicle on November 24, 2015, and stopped at a bus stop in three-lanes in the same direction while driving the front road of the building in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes in the direction of the e-mail tunnel in the new direction.

D(35) Operational bus driven in D(35) was overtaking the bus on the ground that it obstructed the progress of the Defendant’s driving vehicle while changing its course into a two-lane, and the bus was stopped rapidly before the bus, and then the bus was stopped rapidly at approximately 20 meters and then the bus was stopped rapidly, thereby allowing the victim F (F) who is the passenger of the said bus to rapidly stop the bus, resulting in the shock of about 2 weeks of the bus, and put about approximately 2 weeks of chills and tensions to the victim G (29 years of age) in need of approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment.

The defendant continued to resist the above retaliation operation by the victim D, who is the above bus driver, and pointed out that he snicked from the defendant while resisting to the above retaliation operation, the defendant driving the above vehicle and trying to leave the site to prevent the victim D from leaving the site, and despite the fact that the victim D had the right door of the above vehicle, he proceeded with the speed-down of the above vehicle and sustained the victim D with approximately 2 meters of driving, resulting in an injury to the victim D, such as spatitis, which requires approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment.
