5. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:40, around Busan Gangseo-gu building E (102); and (b) held narcotics, etc., by inserting scopphones into plastic bags.

The Defendant 2016 Highest 2285 handled narcotics as follows, despite that he is not a handler of narcotics:

1. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold narcotics, etc. at approximately 96,850,000 won by purchasing and selling narcotics, etc. at approximately 10 g 10,000,000 won from G, which is a local mental medicine, from G, at a scopic area below Busan, and around that time, from around July 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold narcotics, etc. at approximately 625 g in total, such as a daily list of crimes (2) in attached Form 33 times from that time to July 13, 2014.
