Punishment of the crime

5. Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on January 3, 2015, at the same place as Paragraph 4, around 18:00, the Defendant sold to D approximately 0.35g opphones for 200,000 won and traded narcotics.

6. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on January 13, 2015, the Defendant set up a H K7 car in the vicinity of the G Hospital located in Kimhae F in the Gan City on the 22:00 day, laid up approximately 0.07 gopon in a single-use injection machine, added it in a single-use injection machine, mixed with water, and administered narcotics.
