1. According to police evidence photographs (Evidence No. 47, No. 49, No. 77,78), the defendant was taken in front of the building on the road in front of the E-building by dialogueing with people around the road, taking into consideration surrounding areas, and taking a slowly.

However, considering the surrounding areas of the defendant, the defendant shows the flag of the participants at a distance, but does not hold an assembly or demonstration around the defendant, and people walk freely on several sides, take photographs, or talk with each other.

B. All of the above photographs were taken at the same place, and the time of the pictures cannot be confirmed, but all of them appears to have been taken during the short time in light of the location, surrounding appearance, etc. of the defendant.
