Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

1. On May 17, 2014, the Defendant attended a candlelight meeting held in the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Incheon Metropolitan Cheongdong Park at the meeting for the restoration of the culture of the victims, and obstructed the flow of vehicles passing through the 300 reporters from around 21:27 to 21:50 by occupying the above road, along with the participants of the meeting.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above demonstration participants to obstruct the traffic on the land through which the vehicles pass.

2. On June 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) participated in a meeting of the “satisfying of the Sewol ferry of the 2nd City/Simical satisfyp kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land through which the vehicle passes.
