Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:00 on October 27, 2018, the Defendant forged private documents related to “application for subscription to an excursion ship product” and uttering of the aforementioned investigation documents, the Defendant made E, a subordinate employee of the Defendant’s store located in B, using the verification color pen in the customer name column of the paper “D”, “F” in the date of birth, “F” in the location column, “Uan Military G Building Hho-gun,” “I” in the cell phone number column, “I” in the phone number column used by the Defendant for business use, and “D” in the customer column, without obtaining D’s permission.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for subscription to wire products in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and delivered it to the staff in charge of J Internet and TV opening service who is unaware of the circumstances as true.

2. The Defendant forged the private document related to the K new contract and uttering of the above investigation document by having E, its subordinate employees, without obtaining D’s permission at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of the above Article, use the test color pen in the column of customer name in the paper “K” column, “F” and “D” column, the Defendant’s name in the column of installation address, and “I” and “D” column, the phone number used by the Defendant for business use, and signed next thereto.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the K new contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and delivered it to the staff in charge of J Internet and TV opening service who is unaware of the circumstances as a true one.
