A Imprisonment of 4 months, 50,000 won of fine of 50,000 won, 300,000 won by Defendant C, and 6 months and E by imprisonment of Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants have worked as a life rehabilitation teacher in a residential facility for persons with disabilities among the “L” in the Incheon Spole-gun K.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant, at around 19:10 on November 21, 2014, assaulted the victim, who is the disabled, by taking back the back part of the victim and baging him in the shower room, on the ground that the victim J (27 years of age, intellectual disability 1 level) was put in the 4th floor of the above facility, and on the ground that he was baged in this bath room, the victim was baged.

B. On November 24, 2014, at around 12:19, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who is the disabled, by setting the victim M (17 years, intellectual disability 1 level) on the safety room on the safety room at the 4th floor of the above facility.

F. On November 25, 2014, at around 13:07, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who is a disabled person, by means of seven string the victim’s face, with the shots in possession of the victim M on the ground that he/she would take away goods of other disabled persons.

G. On December 12, 2014, at around 06:47, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who is a disabled person, by walking the victim’s bridge to walk out of the safe room on the ground that the victim J intends to move out of the facility.
