Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2011, the Defendant married with D, the mother-child of the victim C (Woo, 23 years of age, hearing disability 2 level, speech disability 4 level, intellectual disability 3 level). On July 8, 2014, the victim was found to have difficulty in finding the mother-child D and became living together with the victim.
