Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A (Grade 1) The head of E in Naju City, a welfare facility for disabled persons, and Defendant B is a life guidance teacher for disabled persons, and the victim F (F, 57 years of age, mental disability 3), G (21 years of age, intellectual disability 2 level), H (19 years of age, intellectual disability 1), I (45 years of age, intellectual disability 2 level) and intellectual disability 2) are inmates of the above E.

1. On April 12, 2017, Defendant A sent the victim F to the hospital with the victim F wishing to go from E at the above E room at around the time of non-life.

In other words, the J (Grade 1) and K (class 3 of intellectual disability) as the head room of the admitted person due to a defect, and the J twice click of the victim, and K clicked the victim into four times.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with K and J to assault the body of the disabled victim.

2. Defendant B

A. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victimized person was carrying her clothes on the part of the clothes of the victim in the room of the above E victim G, and (b) took off the victim’s face by cutting off the victim’s her scams, without any particular reason, when the victim avoided the Defendant’s appearance; and (c) taken off the victim’s face by her scaming the victim’s scam with her hand.

B. On March 2017, the Defendant, at the above E Program Office, attempted to go out of the above E at the end of the day of March, 2017, followed the Defendant’s instructions, told the victim’s face level at 1-2 times.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the body of victims who are disabled persons.
