1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 22, 2018 to September 11, 2018; and (b).
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

In light of all the circumstances indicated in the records of this case, such as the period of marriage between the Plaintiff and C in part, the content and degree of the Cheating committed by the Defendant and C, and the influence of the Cheating on the marital life between the Plaintiff and C, the amount of consolation money shall be determined at KRW 20 million. Thus, the remaining claims are dismissed.
