Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A’s representative director, Defendant B’s managing director, Defendant C’s managing director of the above company, and Defendants C entrusted the management officer of the above company, and Defendants entrusted the Ftel and commercial buildings from July 2004.

G, auditor H et al., the representative of the F Building Emergency Countermeasures Committee, did not recontract the F building with respect to the entrusted management affairs in E (State), and formed an emergency countermeasure meeting on the ground that the term of office of executive officers, such as the manager representative, had already expired but the term of office became invalid due to the absence of re-election, and held a meeting of the management body, and appointed G as the chairperson of the management body, and entered into an entrusted management contract of F building (contract) for three years from July 30, 2012 to July 29, 2015 at the representative meeting of the management body.

After that, the management body requested Defendant B to report and request the matters concerning the task task task group after the entrusted management contract, but E did not perform the management duty. G and auditor H around 07:40 on July 30, 2012, the management body, as the chairperson of the management body, was 20 employees of the management body, and presented i and J, etc. in the management office (living support office), which were inside the management office (living support office) to outside the office, after replacing the entrance, etc. and preventing employees related to E from entering the office and the disaster prevention office. At around 07:30 on August 7, 2012, Defendant A: (a) requested the F building B Dong management office (living support office); (b) Defendant B, the head of the management office, to mobilize 45 persons, including K; (c) contacted Defendant C with the key repair shop to enter the F building; and (d) caused the management office (living support office), disaster prevention office, electricity room, and the entrance doors of the mechanical room to be destroyed as above; and (c) started the entrusted management work without permission.
