D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of construction business, etc. in Suwon-si E and F, Suwon-si, which is a business owner who performs construction work of HOsan Factory in Osan-si, Inc. with a contract for KRW 610,000,000 from H.

B is a person who is a director of the above construction site and is responsible for the safety and health of his employees and the contractor's employees, and who acts for corporation D.

C Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of construction, etc. in Pyeongtaek-si building and Jdong, which is a business owner who enters into a subcontract for 121,000,000 won from D among the construction works of Osan Factory.

A is a person who acts for C as a director at the site of the team and assistance construction among the construction works of the Hsan Factory, and is responsible for the safety and health of his/her employees.

1. On July 21, 2018, Defendants A and B had the victim K (year 46) perform the work of installing a Round position board on the second floor of the building site at the construction site of the Hasan Factory on the second floor of the Hasan Factory Construction site.
