A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 1, 2015, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the same court on December 12, 2016.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-hurd motor vehicle.

1. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.119% in blood transfusion around 14:45 on June 17, 2017; and (b) driven the said vehicle in a state that normal operation is impossible due to the influence of alcohol content of 0.119%; and (c) driven the road in front of the Korean joint marketing center for agricultural and livestock products located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lane, from the offline of offset.

2.
