Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a gallon C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).
On June 8, 2017, the Defendant, while making a left-hand turn on the three-lane road in front of Pyeongtaek-si D around 23:08 at the right-side of Pyeongtaek-si and making a left-hand turn on the three-lane road at the right-side of tin apartment at the right-side. The Defendant added the horses under the influence of alcohol level 0.181% in blood while under the influence of alcohol level 0.181% in the blood, and the Defendant’s negligence of neglecting the duty of her front-way in the situation where the walking is difficult to drive normally, such as the narrow-distance, entered the front-way part of the victim E (34 years), a two-lane straight-way driving in the same direction, as the above gallon part, in light of the records of this case. However, the Defendant’s correction is made as above.
As a result, the victim suffered bodily injury such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, driven a driver car with a gallon, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.181%, as stated in the preceding paragraph.
