A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. B’s joint criminal conduct with B is a “solicitation” for purchasing a stolen or lost smartphone, and the Defendant opened a so-called “mull phone,” and puts up a letter to purchase a smartphone on the Internet, and if there is a smartphone seller who makes contact with B by making contact with B, he/she planned to purchase a smartphone by sharing the role as a “president” to contact B and purchase it.

B, around 15:00 on March 26, 2012, at the direction of the Defendant in front of the water station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Mangallon No. 4 smartphone owned by the victim D, one smartphone owned by the victim E, one smartphone owned by the victim E, one smartphone owned by the victim's nameless winner, one smartphone No. 4 smartphone owned by the victim's nameless winner, one smartphone No. 4 smartphone owned by the victim, and one cost for the gallon No. 70,000 for the victim's nameless winner.

As above, the Defendant conspired with B, from the above date to March 18:00 on March 26, 2012, acquired stolens over five times in total as shown in [Attachment] No. 7-11.

2. F’s joint criminal conduct with F is a “solicitation” for purchasing a stolen or lost smartphone, and the Defendant opened a so-called “mull phone,” and puts up a letter on the Internet to purchase a smartphone, and if there is a smartphone seller making contact with F, he/she takes part in the role as a “president” to make contact with F and purchase a smartphone.

F on March 25, 2012, around 18:00, F acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 2.10,000,00, knowing that the cost of gallon ju S2 smartphone 1, which was stolen from G, under the direction of the Defendant, was stolen by G, in the vicinity of the gallon road located in the Sgallon-dong, Sinri-si.

As above, the Defendant conspired with the above F, and as between February 2, 2012 and February 06:00, to March 26, 2012, the list of crimes in attached Form is between March 26, 2012.
