Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants:
1. Defendant A is a student of Chinese nationality who is attending H University, and around December 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased a smartphone from those who reported and contacted the above writing as a source of Chinese nationality, and (b) purchased a smartphone from those who sold it to China and received money by selling it. On December 2012, the Defendant: (c) purchased a smartphone as a source of money from those who reported and contacted the above writing, and sold it to China.
On December 4, 2012, the Defendant acquired from K in front of the lower subway station located at the lower subway station located at the lower limit of the Busan, Busan, and acquired stolen goods at KRW 100,000, even though he was aware of the fact that the non-victim’s market price of 900,000,000, which he acquired and embezzled.
