A around October 20, 2010, at the Namyang-si Police Station located in 20-15, the Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Namyang-dong, submitted a complaint to the effect that “F shall be punished for committing four-time rapes at the house of the complainants located in 108 Dong Dong 2903, Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Republic of Korea: (a) on November 21, 2010; and (b) on October 21, 2010, Defendant B stated to the effect that “F shall be punished for committing rapes over four times from F”.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to report false facts to F for the purpose of having the F punished criminal punishment.
