Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around 04:20 on December 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a DMW car without obtaining a driver’s license from around two kilometers from the 2nd section to the 75th day of the same Ri, Seoyang-do, Seoyang-do, Seoyang-do.

B. Around 04:30 on December 16, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (a) reported that E was driving a Fone Star Cargo on the road located in 75 in the Namyang-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) filed a false report with the purport that E was receiving the payment of insurance money by filing a false report with the Defendant’s wife B, and that E went through a mobile phone with the intention of receiving insurance money in 112.

In addition, the Defendant, at the time of the accident on December 26, 2013, submitted a false statement to the Namyang-gu Police Station located in Namyang-gu, 20-15, stating that “E was receiving a backer of the BMF car on which the Defendant was on board the Defendant and B,” and that E was under the investigation conducted by the Namyang-gu Police Station on January 20, 2014, while driving the Lone Star Cargo Freight, while E was under the investigation conducted by the Namyang-gu Police Station, it was false that he received the Defendant’s BM car from the Defendant and sustained injury to the Defendant and escaped.

However, in fact, while driving Lone Star Cargo, E was receiving the Defendant’s BMW car and suffered the injury to the Defendant and B and did not escape.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having E receive criminal punishment.

2. On December 27, 2013, the Defendants’ co-principal-offenders made a false statement as if the BMW car was damaged due to a traffic accident from E even though there was no actual occurrence of a traffic accident by telephone at a location in the southyang-si city.
