Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around May 2016, the Defendant posted a reflect box on the front registration number plate for DK7 in front of the Defendant’s office, Jung-gu Incheon apartment, B, 202, and DK7, and made it difficult for the Defendant to recognize or read by machinery.
