A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment due to forced indecent acts, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on March 27, 2015.

1. On July 4, 2017, around 03:20 on July 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) boarded the F taxi operated by the victim E (39 years of age) in front of the D amusement shop located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) was on the road near the Japanese market in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant got off the ear of the victim who was dissatisfied with the request for tobacco withdrawal from the victim of the e-mail and went off about five times during the dispute at the time of trial.

The Defendant assaulted the driver of the vehicle in operation as above.

2. On July 4, 2017, around 08:13, the Defendant: (a) was investigated at the criminal watch room of the Incheon Southern Southern Police Station located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul, about 290, on the criminal records of the police station; (b) was inspected on the facts of assaulting the driver of a taxi operating in the same manner as paragraph (1); and (c) was inspected on the suspect interrogation protocol, the Defendant damaged the protocol of interrogation of the suspect, which is a document used by a public office, to tear the protocol of interrogation of the suspect, and thereby, damaged the protocol of interrogation of the police officer.
