Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On January 2, 2014, from around 16:00 to 18:00 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the business operation of a business establishment managed by the Victim F by force over two hours, by sharing UWA’s co-ownership of “LG Plus” D within the “LG Plus” D agency located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, with a large amount of sound, and the consent service for the utilization of personal information.

B. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was inspecting a suspect interrogation protocol prepared by the police after being investigated by him/her within the office of the office of the Ulsan-gu Industrial tower 6:40 Ulsan-gu Police Station type, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, on January 3, 2014; (b) during the course of viewing the suspect interrogation protocol prepared by him/her after being investigated by him/her for the suspicion of interference with his/her duties
