A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 23, 2004, the Defendant, despite the fact that it is not C, forged the Chinese family register in the name of B(D) under the name of C(D). On November 29, 2001, the Defendant used it to make a marriage report with E, Korea, and reported it to E, Korea on November 29, 2001. On March 5, 2010, the Defendant: (a) drafted an application for issuance of a passport in a false entry and passport and the violation of the Immigration Control Act (Offense related to Passport Number G); (b) submitted to the public official in charge of issuance of a passport in the name of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government public service center of the Gangseo-gu office; and (c) on March 8, 2010, the public official in charge thereof issued a passport of the Republic of Korea (Korean passport number G) to the Defendant without permission.
