Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “CYel” in Gyeonggi-si.

At around 16:00 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from D and E and gave guidance to them as smuggling; and (b) made an employee, F and one other, a staff member, talked with the sexual organ by hand in the smuggling, thereby engaging in the act of similarity; (c) thereby, the Defendant engaged in arranging sexual traffic.
