1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and the defendant B by imprisonment for ten months; and
2. However, from the date when this judgment has become final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) together with F. at the “H sports marina business establishment” located in Ulsandong-gu G2, Ulsan-gu, 2 locking rooms, 2 locking rooms, one employees engaged in commercial sex acts, and one CCTV installed respectively, employing the Chinese women who are not on their names, and soliciting them to engage in commercial sex acts in which they receive money in return. The Defendants distributed their publicity papers to the above business establishment, and the F and Defendant B shared the roles of guiding them to the smuggling in which a simplified flood is installed, and taking part in commercial sex acts into account the Chinese women.
On July 30, 2013, the Defendants conspired with F, and arranged sexual traffic to unspecified male descendants who found the above business by the following methods: I, who was found in the above business, received KRW 110,00 from I to pay for sexual traffic in the name of I, who was informed of the I, and notified the I as a smuggling; and in the scheme, let Chinese women in the name of I and sexual intercourse with I and sexual intercourse with it; from that time until December 1, 2013, the Defendants arranged sexual traffic to many and unspecified male descendants who found the above business by the above method as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts by Defendant A;
A. Defendant A, together with K, installed four smugglings, two surface rooms, one waiting room for female employees, three CCTV rooms, and three rooms for Chinese women in the name of N, etc. and had them employ many unspecified male descendants, without pretending that they were normal marina business establishments located in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu.
