Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for perjury at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on December 20, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】
Around 20:00 on November 23, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by means of spreading the galle on paper cups in the victim’s face and body, on the ground that the victim D (Nam, 29 years old) who is the convenience store business owner in cleaning the table is unbured, while he was sitting in the C convenience store installed in front of the mixed convenience store.
2. On December 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 11:54, 2019, on the roads in front of Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) even if there was no money in fact under water, there was no intent or ability to pay the fare; (c) the Defendant, despite of the absence of intent or capacity to pay the fare, was engaged in a daily-business taxi operated by the victim F as if the Defendant would pay the fare to the victim; (d) the Defendant was going to the front of the Busan East-gu, located in the city located in the center of Busan-gu; and (e) the Defendant was provided by the victim with passenger transport service equivalent to KRW 6,300 from the victim to the Busan-gu
3. Interference with business;
A. On December 30, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 12:20 on December 30, 2019, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force by avoiding disturbances for about 20 minutes, including, but not limited to, the case where: (a) the Defendant provided meals to I located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) without any particular reason, he expressed to the victim J, an employee of the Defendant “Chewing flasp wres”, and flasing the customers, and failing to comply with the demand for evacuation.
B. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on March 21, 2020, at around 16:0, the Defendant: (b) in the M-si operated by the victim who was parked in the city of Busan, Dong-gu, Busan; (c) demanded the victim to pay in full the unpaid amount of KRW 7,800, out of KRW 9,800; and (d) seems to pose a threat to the victim.
